My Village
	My village is called Sant Pere Sallavinera. It's seven kilometres from Calaf and an hour from Barcelona by car. This house was built in 1601 and it has always been called Cal Miquel. My parents bought the house in 1980 and little by little they helped in rebuilding the house. I like it very much. I usually go there for the weekend and in summer. Sant Pere Sallavinera has a hundred and fourty inhabitants who are farmers. They grow cereals and they live very well. There used to be a school but not anymore because there are very few people. It's fun going there in September when there's the big festivity. People come from all the villages nearby and we all enjoy a lot. I usually take my bicycle and go to find mushrooms. I think it's a wonderful place to go.
