	At the end of the 19th century, when the Modernism movement arose in Catalonia, all kinds of minimalist art were revalued: iron, glass, wood and ceramic were treated with precision. One of the main characteristics of all modernist authors is the inspiration in nature, in freedom and in fantasy. "La casa dels paraigües" is very famous because of its dragon located in one of the corners of the house and maintains a lamppost that illuminates the Rambles. This dragon has an umbrella in its tail and is like the famous Eastern dragons, so when you see it, it make you feel that you are anywhere in China
