The facades
are planned eclectically and in a French style without forgetting elements
from modernism like the huge framed oval window of the dining room in
the mezzanine floor. This bay window is the protagonist of the building.
This building has not a door on the corner, the owners had an entrance
through a garden but this changed when the building was changed to apartments
to rent. In 1948 there were some changes and some more.
This building was isolated but it has to change when they added another building. It is quite amazing and I can see the tourists take pictures of it.
