The military
government is situated at the end of the Ramblas after all the boulevards,
just next to the marine stroll. He has the profile of a Greek and Roman
building, because it has columns of that style, very high, and at the
same time elegant. It is a building that you look at it the first time
that you see it, because apart from being high, it has a different style
from the buildings that are around it. The governor and his family of
the military forces live there and there are also soldiers and offices.
This building is placed in a very special area of Barcelona. It is near
the Gothic Square, near the Sea, the old harbour, the Maremagnum and the
Ramblas. It is lovely looking at all these places. And Colombo's statue
is there too in the middle of the square.
