This singular
building is placed in Gran de Gracia 51. This street is the most important
street in Gracia. The building is a block of flats. The first floor is
probably the most important floor in this building because It has a bay
balcony closed with windows and seven pillars. The front is made of stone.
All the floors has got one balcony made with forged iron. In this building
we can see that decoration of the floors disappear as the floors rise
because the most expensive floors were the first and the second and the
highest were the cheapest. The reason of the first and the second floor
were the most expensive and It had big balconies with big windows was
because the people who lived there used to go to the balcony and read
some books and the people who walked on the street saw them and thought
that they were very rich. And also there were no lifts.
