We are talking about a building with seven floors which are distributed two straied apartaments.
With this building, the architect want to present a one propost inovecion.
The architec of this project is Josep Lluís set I López.
It was build between 1930-1931 and it situate and Muntaner street nº 348 in the Sarria Sant Gervasi District.
It is one of the more importants building of the Catalan and Spanish "Racionalismo".
It façade was an original idea.
The actual aunner is Sr. Joaquim Tot I Mensa, this man remodelate this façade.
This building realy impact because is different of the other buildings.
Is has many vegetal and characters forms and decorations in the walls.
When you see it have a cold sensation of plane at cold materials without decoration. It hasn't a lot of balcons. But it has many windows. The façade has a green colour so it's many colour full and it's the first building that you see in this street because the other buildings are brown, grey,…
Now it's a black of flats where the people live, although it looks a private offices or an hospital.
